Purpose of the role

We are now looking for an EU Business Manager MGA as we continue to scale our operations in the Netherlands. You will support the EU Legal and Compliance teams to ensure we play by the rules at all times across all Geos.

What you will be working on:

  • Keeping the compliance monitoring programs up to date to ensure alignment in all Geos that Zego BV operates.
  • Keeping all legal documentation up to date and accessible for the regulators and carriers.
  • First-line signing preparation for Zego Holdings, Zego B.V. and Zego N.V.
  • Supporting EU country-specific governance role models
  • assistance with ad hoc day to day

What you will need to be successful:

  • Experience with administrative processes in legal setting such as Law Firms/ financial institutions/ insurance companies and or any legal department
  • Previous experience in a Paralegal/Legal Executive role is a plus.
  • Fluently Dutch and English verbally and in writing
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Flexibility and quick thinking are key skills, every day will be different!
  • You have great attention to detail and the ability to to tackle multiple subjects with different levels of complexity
  • You have an interest in startups and disrupting a traditional industry.
  • You are hands-on, self-motivated, growth-minded and driven by shaping the future of Zego.
