For the WACKER BIOSOLUTIONS division, which specializes in customized complete solutions for biotechnological processes in growth sectors such as food additives, pharmaceutical active ingredients and agrochemicals, we are seeking a Digitalization Manager (f/m/d) Your tasks: lnitiate and lead projects on digitization at BIOSOLUTIONS and participate in projects with interface to the WACKER Digital program. Consulting and support on digitization topics at BIOSOLUTIONS (including recognizing potential, identifying trends). Global alignment and harmonization of digital systems and projects at BIOSOLUTIONS. Analysis of processes in production and administration using e.g. process mining tool, Alteryx, Tableau and SeeQ. Your profile: Completed university studies (Master) in the field of computer science or a comparable education. Broad basic knowledge of digitization topics and computer science (including programming language skills). In-depth knowledge of IT systems and applications (e.g. SAP modules, MS Office, Tableau, Alteryx, databases / SQL, MES systems, SharePoint, etc.). Experience in project management as well as in the application of Six Sigma, Lean and other process optimization approaches. Strong network and knowledge of the processes at BIOSOLUTIONS. Very good command of written and spoken English Entrepreneurial action and thinking, communication skills, strong goal and result orientation.
