Apply now as Project support employee (f/m/d) Mobile working / Full time / Immediately Your tasks As an employee in the store area, you will assist new and existing customers with all questions regarding their JTL store and its operation with the help of JTL-Wawi. You explain which requirements our software meets and help with any problems with our software via email, ticket system, telephone and in the public JTL forum. Because our constantly growing number of customers draws a lot of questions about the operation of merchandise management and online store. Part of our daily work is to analyze difficulties in the implementation and to explain appropriate solutions to customers, to clarify comprehension problems and to investigate technical errors. These are to be solved, if possible directly for the customer. If everything points to a program error, the problem is to be reproduced and discussed together with our developers. You will help to isolate the problem in advance and after the problem has been solved, you will retest it before the customer uses it. During the troubleshooting process, you will also be responsible for tracking down server problems on a daily basis and providing the customer with the appropriate information to resolve the issue with their hoster. While troubleshooting, you will also quite often take a closer look at the databases of JTL-Shop and JTL-Wawi. In addition, installations and setup of our software at the customer’s site are part of your daily tasks. Tasks at a glance You provide technical support for our software (enterprise resource planning, JTL store) via email, ticket system, phone and in the public JTL forum. You identify and help find solutions to operating and process errors. You actively support the software developers in the area of QA and testing to increase our software quality in the long term. You are the direct interface between your customers and the team. You process and coordinate customer inquiries quickly, friendly and competently. You install our store at customers You advise our customers on the implementation of specific customer requirements What you bring to the table Ideally, you have a completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable training. You have an interest in the IT and e-commerce industry, initial knowledge of the topic of online shopping is helpful Rudimentary knowledge of websites and web hosting is an advantage as well as knowledge of html, php, SQL and SEO Ideally, you already have basic experience in the JTL-Wawi and JTL-Shop. Good German (C1) and English skills in speech and writing are also present with you Analytical thinking, a quick grasp and a solution-oriented approach to achieve success as quickly as possible in case of problems are a matter of course for you. You have a very high quality awareness and distinguish yourself a by your independent and careful way of working. Through your interest in complex systems and your ability to overview them, you easily identify operating and process errors.
