Your job Processing and analysis of technical inquiries as well as comprehensible communication primarily to colleagues and occasionally also to customers Technically qualified handling SQL, Microsoft Azure and network infrastructure. Support our account managers in the sales process with technical questions Liaison function between SaaS Operations and all other departments. Analysis and troubleshooting as well as support for the automation of recurring work steps Identification of potential for improvement Your profile IT knowledge and/or training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), if necessary comparable professional experience.
