We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international organization in Drunen! The company will eventually move to Den Bosch. You will receive a contract with the company right away.

who are you
The most important requirement for this role is that you have full proficiency of the German language in word and writing. You also recognize yourself in the following points:
- In addition to German, you also are able to
- communicate in the English language, in word as well as writing;
- You are available full time (40 hours);
- You have experience in a similar role
- or function;
- You possess a minimum MBO working and thinking level;
- You are commercially oriented, you work
- customer-oriented and you find it interesting to work with a technical product.
what will you do
As an (online) customer service employee, you are responsible for online customer service, both in the pre-sales and after-sales phase, for the company’s web shops on the German market. The company is an online wholesaler specializing in water systems for domestic and professional purposes.

The company designs and builds products based on its own vision: responding to the increasing and changing demand from the market. The client is headquartered in Italy and has sales offices and production facilities worldwide. Because they are experiencing growth of the various branches in Northern Europe, they are immediately looking for a new, driven German-speaking Customer Service Employee.
You will be employed directly by the client and receive a monthly gross monthly salary between € 2500 and € 3000! The company has a good travel allowance and pension accrual. There is also an option to work part-time from home. You also occasionally visit the branches abroad.
