We are a fast-paced, expanding business, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Payroll Professional to join our dynamic Human Resources team for our location in the Netherlands. As an HR Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll functions, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of HR EMEA and Managing Director NL.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest payroll regulations and compliance requirements to ensure full adherence.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance payroll systems and processes for increased efficiency.
- Resolve complex payroll challenges and discrepancies, ensuring accurate calculations and timely resolutions.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of payroll balance sheets, tax filings, and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, such as Pension Consultants and Payroll Providers.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Generate insightful payroll reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee relations initiatives.
- Maintain employee personnel files with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle wage garnishments, refunds, and other payroll-related matters in compliance with regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related queries and concerns.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR programs, including performance management and employee wellness initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional projects assigned by the Director of HR and Managing Director NL.
