Staff member (m/f/d) in 1st-/ 2nd-level support / user help desk sought in full-time (39 hours / week). The position to be filled is in principle also suitable for part-time employees. Support of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) and video and communication technology as well as end user support of Windows. Active Directory – management of computers, users and groups, and permissions. Exchange Server – administration of mailbox accounts, permissions, public folders, distribution lists and out-of-office notifications. Error analysis and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network problems. Administration of directory permissions, home and network drives and specialized application drives. Creation of solution documentation and FAQs Your profile You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or you have a degree in IT or you have a comparable education with relevant work experience in IT support or comparable qualification with an affinity for IT You have experience in a heterogeneous IT environment You have sound knowledge in the administration of Microsoft operating systems as well as Office products and have a good understanding of IT infrastructure in the Microsoft environment. Knowledge in the administration of MS 365 and Apple knowledge are desirable. You have sensitivity for IT security and data protection and bring the ability to identify and systematically isolate errors and their elimination.
