Low-latency multi-threading optimizations and system architecture adaptations. Performance analysis of our engines using tracing and profiling tools. Working with hardware manufacturers on the compatibility of their audio drivers with our products. Adapting our engines to the latest operating system-related developments in the hardware sector Refactoring the code base to improve maintainability and testability. Collaboration in agile teams to develop the core engines for our products Cubase, Nuendo and Dorico. What you bring with you Degree in computer science or comparable training and at least 5 years of professional experience Experience in writing maintainable high-performance code taking into account modern software architectures. Very good knowledge of C++ or another object-oriented high-level language Good knowledge of version control and CI systems. Good ability and high willingness to document, demonstrate and drive the use of new technologies. Good knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems. Interest in digital music production and working with DAWs. Good written and spoken English, a high level of communication and teamwork skills, initiative, commitment and creativity round off your profile.
