Technician / IT specialist (m/f/d) IT support / helpdesk We are looking for you as HELP DESK TECHNICIAN (M/F/D) to support our subsidiary Scheidt & Bachmann System Service GmbH in the Fuel Retail Solutions division at the Mönchengladbach location in full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time. You handle customer inquiries and support tasks in the area of our system solutions, including applications and operating systems. Do you enjoy telephone support? Your tasks also include receiving and recording technical faults and user questions over the phone. Do you like an analytical approach? You analyze and rectify faults and configure our systems via remote maintenance. Do you like being up to date? You carry out software updates and check the results. Is tidiness your strength? You manage incoming faults. Are you helpful and collegial? You support fault investigations in other departments. Do you sometimes take on on-call duties? You are on call outside of normal working hours. What you bring with you Technical or electrotechnical training, preferably in the IT environment as well as basic commercial knowledge or commercial training with an IT focus Professional experience in the service business advantageous Knowledge of network technology required High service and customer orientation and strong communication skills Good knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of English desirable, knowledge of French or Dutch advantageous Valid car driving license Full-time or part-time employment is possible.
