Join our BBT-IT team at the earliest possible date as a Computer scientist / IT specialist as IT coordinator (m/f/d) for the Theresienkrankenhaus and Diako facilities in Mannheim, an important member of a system-relevant company. Your tasks: You will act as a local IT partner, support the facilities as the central IT contact for the region and maintain customer and supplier relationships You support regional requirements management, which includes the recording, qualification and forwarding of requirements You will be responsible for the operational management of the regional support teams to ensure regional IT operations, including comprehensive escalation management You will be responsible for regional IT procurement, IT business planning and budget controlling Your profile: You have a degree in IT with many years of professional experience in the healthcare sector You have experience in IT service management and ITIL You have very good communication skills, a confident and winning manner and good mediation skills, even in tense situations You think in a networked way and see yourself as a service provider for the users of the facilities You are characterized by an independent and solution-oriented way of working and enjoy working in a team Why you should choose us: BBT-IT is a service department with around 100 employees and part of the BBT Group, a modern and future-oriented company in the healthcare and social services sector.
