What you can look forward to Advising and coaching internal customers on our methods and tools (e.g. Atlassian Confluence) Installation, administration and configuration of the tools used Implementation of customer requirements that support customers in their work when using the tools Training and advising internal customers on agile product development (SCRUM) or projects that use traditional approaches Creation, further development and maintenance of overarching methods and techniques in the software development process Monitoring the market for current developments and innovations in the software development process What you bring with you Degree in computer science or a comparable subject or training in the field of computer science with professional experience Very good knowledge of classic and agile process models in software development Know-how of UML, BPMN notations or domain-driven design Good knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (focus on Java) Very good knowledge of working techniques, such as moderation, presentation and visualization techniques Commitment, self-organization and personal responsibility What we offer you Flexible working: For us, flexible working means that you can adapt your working hours to suit your circumstances.
