For the International Insurance Services sub-department, we are looking for a part-time position with 19.50 hours per week as soon as possible, initially limited until 31.12.2027. IT Process Manager (f/m/d) to strengthen our team at the Bonn location. Your tasks are: You will analyze existing business processes in the specialist department, develop innovative solutions from these and implement them, taking into account the technical and legal framework conditions. You coordinate internal coordination for business process optimization and represent the GKV-SV, DVKA in specialist working groups if necessary. You will plan, control and monitor the necessary activities in the specialist departments as part of the improvement measures you have initiated, in particular for the expansion of (partially) automated processes. You define technical specifications for software tests, accept automated business processes and create the technical business process documentation. You support the specialist department by helping to evaluate and prepare key figures. What we expect from you: You have a university degree in computer science, economics or administrative sciences or comparable knowledge, skills and experience. You have relevant experience in process management and project work and are characterized by a high affinity for IT. You have a very good command of German (at least C1) and a good command of English. Personally, you not only have strong analytical, conceptual and communication skills, but also the ability to work in a team and independently.
