What are your main tasks? Within the Finance department, you will primarily be involved in the specialist administration of the MACH ERP software and user support. You will also be involved in the introduction and support of e-procurement and e-billing. Tasks in the context of the technical administration of MACH myERP (focus on MACH FM), in particular user administration First and second level support for users MACH consulting/contact person for employees Participation in the process documentation Participation in and support of MACH-relevant projects Design and implementation of training concepts Creation of guidelines and training videos for the further development of the learning platform for MACH meinERP and maintenance of the Confluence wiki pages on MACH-related topics Supporting the update processes Test management: development and introduction of test cases/scenarios, test documentation and support What do we expect?
