You’re not just a treasure hunter, you’re also responsible for the subsequent support You accompany the students on their journey and help them to grow professionally and personally so that they can really take off with us later on You will devise, coordinate and evaluate individual training plans and recruit practical phase supervisors for whom you will act as a contact person You can contribute and shape your own ideas in areas such as the further development of training concepts In the thick of it instead of just being there: you will be involved in training marketing events, training-related events and, if required, design specialist training courses that you will carry out for specific target groups Committee work and collaboration on overarching projects round off your area of responsibility Convincing profile You have a degree in computer science or a similar study background or have a comparable academic qualification acquired through many years of professional experience Have you also already had a taste of training or personnel development? That would be great, as it would make your start with us easier You also enjoy working with young people and have already gained experience in this area You are full of drive, like to learn, even when things get tricky and act independently and with a lot of flexibility You look forward to taking part in training-related events at different locations and outside of normal working hours High resilience at peak times combined with a precise way of working characterize you as well as an agile mindset In addition, you are ready to be at the pulse of the action at least two days a week in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe About the area At our locations in Karlsruhe, Stuttgart and Biberach, we support dual students from various disciplines and commercial trainees throughout their training, from recruitment to various seminars and excursions through to their transfer to the Group at the end of their training. We provide training as required, i.e. we regularly adapt the number and content of traineeships to the needs of the Group.
